Assessment intake
Do not submit source code, repository links, credentials, secrets, production data, customer data, raw private logs, private prompts, prompt histories, prompt logs, or unredacted proprietary artifacts. Evidence is optional and must be redacted, customer-approved, and safe.
What happens next
- A one-time access link is sent to the primary contact after intake.
- You complete the seven-dimension questionnaire and optional evidence references.
- An assessor reviews responses, scores dimensions, and publishes a report manually.
