A guided no-repo workflow helps customers provide structured answers, optional redacted evidence, and the context an assessor needs to produce a reviewed readiness report.
What the assessment includes
- Organization profile and guided questionnaire across seven readiness dimensions.
- Optional evidence register for redacted, customer-approved artifacts.
- Assessor review of responses, unknowns, confidence, blockers, and recommendations.
- Online readiness report with markdown export and a 30-day action plan.
What you receive
- Readiness verdict and weighted maturity score.
- Dimension scores, risk summary, findings, unknowns, and evidence-confidence notes.
- Critical blockers, minimum viable controls, recommendations, and 30-day actions.

- Verdict: controlled pilot recommended.
- Risk heatmap: medium-high for auditability and model control.
- Blocker: agent activity cannot always be reconstructed.
- Minimum control: run-summary and approval record for every material agent task.
- 30-day action: assign owners, collect safe evidence, and re-score weak dimensions.
Do not submit source code, repository links, credentials, secrets, production data, customer data, raw private logs, private prompts, prompt histories, prompt logs, or unredacted proprietary artifacts. Evidence is optional and must be redacted, customer-approved, and safe.
Manual assessor review before publication
- Customer completes the questionnaire and optional evidence confirmations.
- Assessor reviews unknowns, evidence confidence, blockers, and score rationale.
- Assessor completes the publication checklist.
- The customer report becomes visible only after publication.
FAQ
Do you need repository access?
No. The workflow does not require repository access, integrations, telemetry, source code, credentials, raw logs, private prompts, or production data.
Is evidence required?
No. Optional evidence must be redacted, customer-approved, and reviewed by the assessor before it supports claims.
What if an answer is unknown?
Unknown is useful. It becomes an assessor finding and a follow-up question rather than a neutral blank.
When is the report visible?
Published reports are manually reviewed and include limitations, confidence, blockers, and next actions.
